web: docs left tree -> recursive collapsible file tree

docs/index.php now renders md/** recursively: directories become <details>
folders (📁, expandable) and .md files become indented file links (📄), giving a
real file-tree look for any depth. Page selection uses ?page=<rel-path-minus-.md>;
adding a subdirectory under md/ automatically nests the tree.
