- Add a slug->index order map (["docs_order"]) and sort the left tree by
  it (unmapped items appended alphabetically), so doc ordering is explicit rather
  than filename-alpha.
- Remove card-like borders from inline code and code blocks (keep the subtle
  background) so the MD body reads cleanly.
