JGZYES eec6113d38 web: docs reads all .md from docs/md/ dynamically (no hardcoded map) ...

docs/index.php now scans docs/md/*.md, uses each file's first '# heading' (or the
filename) as the tree label, and renders the selected page on the right. The
hardcoded group/page map is gone; adding/removing an .md under md/ updates the
left file tree automatically. .md sources moved into docs/md/.
